Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with South Sculpt Active – Premium Colombian Activewear.

Because our collections are produced in limited quantities and exclusive drops, we encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions and our Size Guide before completing a purchase.


1. Final Sale Policy

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all sales are final.

Due to the exclusive and limited-edition nature of our collections, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Color preference
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Items purchased during limited-edition releases

Once a collection sells out, it may not be restocked.

Please review our Size Guide before placing your order.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A manufacturing defect
  • An incorrect item
  • An item missing from your order due to our error

Please contact us within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.

  • Photos showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Our support team will review your request as quickly as possible.


3. Return Eligibility

If a return is authorized, the item must:

  • Be unworn
  • Be unwashed
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Show no signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or alteration

South Sculpt Active reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


4. Inspection Process

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected.

If the claim is approved, we may offer one of the following remedies:

  • Replacement of the same item (subject to availability)
  • Store credit (where permitted)
  • Refund to the original payment method

If the item is no longer available because it was part of a limited-edition collection, a refund will be issued instead of a replacement.


5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

Depending on your payment provider or financial institution, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after they have been processed.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.


6. Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when:

  • We shipped the wrong item.
  • The item arrived damaged.
  • The item has a verified manufacturing defect.

If the return is approved due to our error, South Sculpt Active will provide return shipping instructions.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed.

For this reason, we cannot guarantee cancellation requests once an order has been submitted.

If your order has already entered fulfillment or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.


8. Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us first so we can work toward a resolution.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our customer support may delay resolution while the payment provider investigates the transaction.


9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Limited Edition Collections
  • Sale items
  • Clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Promotional items
  • Items marked as Final Sale
